1. If the item is faulty, we can exchange with other item.
    However we may not accept the reason that the buyer changes his minds after some period of time.
2. The color might be a little bit different of what on the pictures because of different computer monitor.
3. All promotion programs may be ended any time without prior notifications.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT?

1. PAYPAL (For Overseas Customers)

    (Reviewing and removing chosen items is available at the paypal page).

3. Email us to ship your items (Payment Inform Letter)
    We will need you to inform us that your transfer has taken place.
    Please included an underwriting of the following informations and send to

          * Account which you transfer money from and to
          * Date of payment, amount of payment

FAQ

1. What is our return policy?
   Returns or exchange will be accept within 10 days from the day parcel arrive customer's place. A restocking fee will be apply.
     Return shipping, payment for the return shipping are responsibility of the purchaser.

2. How long does it take from order to delivery?
   The item will be arrived in 7-15 business days after your payment made. The delivery time may very depending on the country.

3. Availability of stocks
    If payment was made and good are out of stocks, customer will be informed via email. Within 2 days from the notification,
    Customers may either request for
        - Full refund via bank transfer or Paypal or
             - Selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
    Also, any updates to the availability status of the products will be posted in our website.

4. What if i receive faulty item?
     We are sorry if the item is faulty.
     For apologize, we accept return within 10 days from the day parcel arrive customer's place. Exchange is also available.
